Ted first began working as a Community Mental Health Nurse in the promotion of rehabilitation and community inclusion. Most of his mainstream working life is in the service provision of Mental Health and Disability service provision in Ireland. More recent work includes health research, training and project development. Currently he lead teams in the development of services for people with Autism throughout the East Coast of Ireland. As a Process Worker, he has practiced for over ten years in working with individuals, couples and groups in the role of therapist. He continually strives to integrate Process Work into his mainstream role of health care, which has been an essential ‘backbone’ in facilitating diversity in his mainstream role and personal practice.
Joe Goodbread is one of the founding members of the Process Work centers in Zurich and Portland. He has authored four books on Process Work. He lives in Winterthur, Switzerland, with his wife, Kate Jobe, where he is Chief Technology Officer of a tech startup, Rheonics GmbH. His current research interests center around rank and privilege, and their relationship to altered states of consciousness.
