In this self-experiential workshop, we would like to offer creative space for exploring and rediscovering self-love, while dealing with complexity of Trauma and Love.
Coming from very diverse cultural backgrounds (Japan, Croatia), unfolding our personal stories since years, we discovered much in common- similarity and impacts of both personal and trans-generational traumas as well as deep need for healing and resolving trauma patterns on personal and collective level.
Bringing together process work ideas with spiritual and cultural traditions through our personal touch, we like to focus on the power of self-love in healing traumas and power of traumas in human growth.
Is trauma result of non-loving way of human existence and how the edges to feel and express love, creates symptoms?
How loving qualities – tender presence, inner permission to experience and share, acceptance- are solutions to broken sense of safety, meaning and freedom, caused by trauma?
